Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quotramax lead conversion software, custom landing funnels, and built-in contractor CRM portal at /admin. By executing an onboarding agreement or subscribing to Quotramax, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Quotramax provides roofing contractors with done-for-you lead conversion funnels, custom domain hosting, trade rate estimate calibration, calendar scheduling integration, and a built-in relational database dashboard (/admin).

2. Preliminary Ballpark Estimate Disclaimer

All pricing estimates, ballpark ranges, and dynamic square-footage calculations produced by Quotramax funnels are explicitly generated as preliminary estimate ranges designed to facilitate initial customer engagement and schedule on-site inspections. Ballpark figures do not constitute a legally binding final construction contract until verified by an on-site physical roof inspection conducted by your company.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for providing accurate local labor, material markup, and permit rate data during onboarding to ensure ballpark calibrations reflect regional trade costs.

4. Territory Exclusivity & Capacity Caps

To prevent ad market saturation and protect local contractor ad spend ROI, Quotramax enforces strict onboarding capacity limits per metropolitan market territory. Territory exclusivity reservations are maintained subject to active monthly subscription standing.

5. Pricing & Subscription Terms

Standard service includes a one-time setup and calibration fee of $1,500 USD and a monthly recurring subscription of $299 USD. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice.
