2. How We Use Data

Information collected is used strictly to fulfill software services and facilitate lead management:

• To operate and maintain your custom lead conversion funnel and built-in relational database.
• To route automated email notifications and calendar booking invites to your sales team and customers.
• To generate printable PDF estimate proposals inside your /admin CRM dashboard.
• We NEVER sell, rent, or share homeowner leads with third-party lead brokers or competing contractors. Every lead captured on your funnel is strictly exclusive to your business.

All lead records are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and stored in secure PostgreSQL relational databases backed up continuously. Access to your contractor dashboard (/admin) is restricted to authenticated user accounts.
