These terms govern use of quotramax.com and website design or related services provided by Quotramax. By requesting a review, booking a call, or signing a project agreement, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply.

1. Services

Quotramax provides website design, redesign, landing pages, and related implementation for roofing contractors. Optional work may include form integrations, notifications, booking tools, or CRM connections. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set in a written proposal or agreement for each project.

2. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee search rankings, a number of leads, closed jobs, or revenue. Website performance depends on traffic, market conditions, your offer, reputation, and follow-up.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful use of photos and reviews, and timely feedback. You are responsible for how your team follows up with homeowners.

4. Estimates and pricing on client sites

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, tools on a roofing website collect intake details. They do not set your job prices. Final pricing remains your company’s decision after inspection or your normal estimating process.

5. Fees

Project fees are scoped per engagement. Published prices from older funnel offers do not automatically apply to website design work. Recurring hosting or maintenance, if any, will be stated in the proposal.
